Where can I buy a vũv Watch?

vũv Watches are sold exclusively on vũvwatches.com.

What payments do you accept?

vũv Watches accepts debit cards and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Quad Pay, a 4 payment plan option, is also available for qualifying purchases. 

Are gift cards available?

Yes, electronic eGift cards are available for purchase at the vũv store or here

Once your order is processed, your eGift card will be sent to you or the recipient of your choice via email.

* eGift cards have no expiration dates.
** Discounts won't apply to gift cards and you can not use a gift card to buy another gift card.
*** Multiple gift cards can be used on the same order

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customersupport@vuvwatches.com.

Note - Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?

It normally takes 1-3 business days to verify payment and process an order (this does not include weekends or holidays). After all pertinent information has been verified, your order will ship and you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Please double check your shipping information. Inaccurate addresses or addresses unrecognized by our verification system may incur delays. Also, please be aware that after your item has shipped, you will need to contact the courier if any issues arise. We have no control over the package once it is in their possession.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. vũv Watch orders.

Please note, we only offer standard shipping right now.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is automatically calculated and shown at checkout. Prices vary due to location and number of items being purchase, and all items ships via USPS International Shipping.

Please be aware, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

vũv Watches is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. vũv Watches is also not responible for orders that get delayed in customs. Again, we have no control once the order leaves our warehouse. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Warranty, Exchanges, and Returns

Does my watch have a warranty?

Your vũv Watch comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for the life of your watch. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.

However, this warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Battery
• Scratches or dents
• Accidental glass damage
• Water damage
• Case or strap damage
• Any modification to your original vũv Watch

Please note, proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your original receipt.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any new product can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the purchase date.

YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR ITEM.

In the email, please include your name, order number, and brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.

We will provide you with a prepaid label when you contact us. Please print label and secure it to the package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order arrived in. Please include your name and order number inside the package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label.

Please note the following:

• Products must be in the condition you received them.
• Make sure you are only returning item(s) that your return label has listed. Any additional item(s) may not be appropriately processed if no return is requested.
• International shipping fees, duties, or custom fees are nonrefundable.
• Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days from the day the item is delivered to our warehouse to be processed. Refunds will automatically be returned to the same form of payment within 7 days. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to apply to your account. Once we process the return, we have no control on how long it takes for you to receive it.

Watch Maintenance

How do I adjust band size?

All watches will be shipped with the standard sized watch band based on the specific watch.

All watch bands can be adjusted with a Watch Tool Kit, or they can be sized at a local jewelry store or kiosk that offers sizing services.

How do I replace my battery?

vũv Watches are battery powered which should last for approximately 2 years. Any local jewelry store, kiosk, or watch repair shop should be able to assist you with replacing the battery.

Though our watch batteries can be found in any electronic store, we do not suggest replacing the battery on your own because it requires special tools that could damage the watch if not used properly.

Does my watch automatically adjust for things like switching timezones or daylight savings time?

No, you will need to manually adjust the time accordingly.

How do I clean my watch?

For watches with Metal cases and bands:

• Use a soft, microfabric cloth to polish away stains and smudges.

• You may damp the cloth if necessary, but NEVER USE chemicals to clean your watch as this may cause damage.
