Warranty
Your vũv Watch comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for the life of your watch. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear
• Battery
• Scratches or dents
• Accidental glass damage
• Water damage
• Case or strap damage
• Any modification to your original vũv Watch
Please note, proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your original receipt.

Returns and Exchanges
Any new product can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the purchase date.

YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR ITEM.
In the email, please include your name, order number, and brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.
We will provide you with a prepaid label when you contact us. Please print label and secure it to the package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order arrived in. Please include your name and order number inside the package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label.
Please note the following:
• Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Make sure you are only returning item(s) that your return label has listed. Any additional item(s) may not be appropriately processed if no return is requested.
• International shipping fees, duties, or custom fees are nonrefundable.
• Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days from the day the item is delivered to our warehouse to be processed. Refunds will automatically be returned to the same form of payment within 7 days. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to apply to your account. Once we process the return, we have no control on how long it takes for you to receive it.
* We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been worn or damaged in any way. Nevertheless, we will try our best to work with you on any solution to ensure that you have a great experience with vũv Watches.
Clearance or Sale Items
Items marked "All Sales Final" are excluded from our Returns and Exchanges Policy. This includes all items marked as Clearance and most items marked on sale.
